This is nice. Bummer about cutting off the dress of the woman on the left. Also maybe a little perspective correction would help? The middle of the image is level (looking at the building horizontal lines), but at the top there's a significant angle. Interesting also how the window in the upper right is dark where all the rest are light colored. :-)

Don't like the dead centered composition, but also realize that the direction it's looking makes any other crop awkward as well. I feel like Zack Arias saying, "There's a great picture there, but you didn't get it".

nice image, and it has a lot going for it in that you're not trying to use this same shot to enter silhouettes, but as for the topic being sunrise/set, i find the sky is a little too dark in the composition. to quote a famous movie line "missed it by *that* much" for timing in the sky.
i still think it's a beautiful shot and i'm giving it a 6
