Over the Fenceby scalvertComment by RayEthier: I truly must need a great deal more exposure to what is considered a good photo in this site, as I had scored this a 9.
While I do appreciate the fact that we all have different methods of scoring, I honestly cannot even begin to comprehend how a photo like this one would warrant a score of less than 5, much less the 1 to 3 scores.
Great photo, regardless of what the voting public has decided.

Over the Fenceby scalvertComment by Joey Lawrence: scalvert?
nice and pretty as usual, just seems a tad flat to me.
a suggestion PS-wise for this image:
If you have CS or higher, adjust the levels in the 'Find dark and Light Colors' algorithm. You can do this by going into the levels menu, then hitting options, selecting 'Find dark and Light Colors.'
You will notice a big change immediataly in the tones without even sliding the bars.
Hope this helps

Over the Fenceby scalvertComment by strangeghost: Shannon, he's getting almost as recognizable as one of Librodo's girls! Another technically excellent and imaginative image. Well done! |

Terminated by scalvertComment by Fantastic_Machine: Amazing! However I'm not sure about the color in the reflections... also, if the surface was smoother I think it would have been better... still a great picture! |

Over the Fenceby scalvertComment by gloda: This looks like one of scalvert's 'Hey kids, let's have some fun' pictures. I like the mixture of real and painted elements. The moment and the fun are well captured. The fence feels a bit too close to the background though. 9. |
