Preludeby sherComment by dartompkins: This one catches your eye. It has impact. The minor problems that I see are the soft focus on the tips of the fern closest to the lens, and the color. I really think this would be nicer much greener. Spring just really needs color IMO. Overall nice work. 8. |

meby sherComment by PhotoRyno: I saw you left a comment the other day about my azalea pic. Have the azaleas started to bloomed in your area yet. Someone told me st. francisville had a very nice cemetery I think that is around your area. I was going to ride up there but never made it. I should have my photo for the challenge is really crapping out. OH well. anyway you take great photos. |

Preludeby sherComment by Azrifel: I guess it is your intimate style, the excellent lighting and interesting toning that makes me keep recognizing your photos. Especially the style. I hit the voting button for the previous photo, this one loads and BANG!: This can only be from Sher. :)
Shall I comment on it or not? By now it must look like I'm stalking you at dpc. :)
I did check at pbase this time to see if I was right, would be silly to say the above to a stranger. I have the same thing with Kiwiness when he enters. It's not that hard to pick out his work.
This photo: Simple, it's excellent. Particularly like the way the dark vs light works. The plant family is also very very old, good chance that it was around in the beginning. :)
I also love the way you tone your photos and handle the contrast.
See ya.
