Sorry, but maybe it's me but I do not see the connection between your photo and the challenge requirements.

It is a nice image of water and rock wall, however with nice details and sense of motion with the water.

I love the composition in this image. The wide open sidewalk space really makes this a very strong shot. This is a good example of how you can use strong light to your advantage when shooting. Depending on the original, I might have conisdered playing with the crop. Possibly rotating it to a 45 degree angle. Nice job, one of my top images. 10
