The picture is a composite of 4 images
One with the bowl, box.fruit and silverware
Two of pitcher pouring stream of milk
Three the handle of the pitcher
Four is the splash of the milk into the bowl with the berries suspended in its path on bamboo skewers
Pictures 2,3 4 were masked to isolate one component then moved into place
All 4 pictures were taken outside in bright sun light which gives it the high contrast and the sharp shadows

The pic is a composite of 4 pictures.
One of the plate with chips peppers, beer and silverware
Second one with hot dog propped up on bamboo skewers over the plate with sauerkraut suspended on a thin knife blade
Third is the mustard bottle
Fourth is the bottle with a stream of mustard coming out
Each of the latter three were masked to isolate one feature which then were moved into position
All 4 were taken outside in bright sunlight to give sharp shadow and high contrast
