Art: Thank you for your comments. As I gazed across the farmland and tree lines of the midwest, I could think of nothing else other than "this should not be here." So unnatural to the landscape.
It appeared almost violent, and was certainly "unappealing." That was my take and motivation for the shot, and I'm at least glad that's what came across. YMMV
