Whoa, the smoke looks meanicing, as if it has eyes and horns. Nice capture of the smoke. I think the image would also have made a nice shot with the left side cropped off.

Where was this in the Centered Challenge? With the exception of maybe a bit too much grain, you are hammering these duotones you've been putting up lately. Lighting is pretty solid as well, as it looks like you used all the range without over blowing anything.

Something's really weird. For the banana challenge, you and I both decided it would be funny to smoke a banana. And for this challenge, we both used a monitor for lighting. Very, very interesting.

This one isn't as sharp as your usual self-portraits. Your right hand is overexposed a little, too.

I think the lighting is a little too uneven, but I like the concept.
