Composition is very good, it's an interesting photo but it seems that the focus is on the rocks and that make's the boy's face a bit unsharp, so you could try to improve that. Because of the light you need in front the sky looks washed out and gray, I know its difficult in these light situations but it could be improved (I'm going to buy some filters this weekend) Well, again, I like the composition and hope it ends somewhere high.

I don't understand how you got this shot. The sun is in a cloudless sky and its reflecting off the sea, the camera is looking straigt into the sun and there's detail in the foreground??
