I like how the title and DOF both emphasize the farmer rather than the bananas (intentional?) Desaturation and composition also work well here.

This would have been more successful if the bananas were not obscuring the lower half of hs face. I know you want the focus to be on his eyes but I think the bananas and his hand are a little too blurry. Could a happy medium be achieved where the sharpest details are in his face without losing all the detail in the bananas? The lighting is great and the subject appealing. There is a bit to much purple cast to the grays.

What I like about this image is the STRONG distinct colors (brown, blue, and green). Other then that however it's not very interesting, and it's tilted to the right.
