Processing: black and white excellent choice and well executed
I was looking for this in the top ten or twenty, if for no other reason that the happy combination of artistic elements enhancing an instance of very good street photography

The two kids have great expressions and I like the composition. It seems a little flat though, perhaps a little more contrast for the foreground in the road.
