I'm not really sure what you were going for here... how is this garage art... I guess maybe it's a garage band? or a performance from a garage? The sky bothers me, as it's not well exposed, I think maybe using a fill flash might have helped here...

The Christian Motorcyclists Association is a wonderful organization. I have met them all over the USA in my travels and ride with a few members. Looks sunny and warm there..envy!

I find the colours a bit flat here and would have preferred it with slight adjustments to the saturation and levels.
