Returning to comment... Not only are you one of the few photos with actual bokeh, but it also enhances your subject. It's nice to see those red leaves against the darker and lighter shades. Nice contrast. The perfectly circular ice / water droplets are unusually shaped, but really add interest and beauty to the photo. Have some more photos to go through yet but IMO this is sure to ribbon.

This is a great shot. The background works very nicely. The down side is that it seems a little oversharpened, and I think the border is a little too much.

The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." Definitely present. Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? Yes indeed. Similar to my own shot. So of course I score this highly ;)
