high and lowby instepsComment by Germaine: Interesting juxtaposition of images -- up and down. I don't know where to look, but I've a hunch that was your intention. Well done. |

high and lowby instepsComment by roz: i looked at this again ..
i didnt notice the cigarette butts until after i posted my last comment ..
that changed this entirely for me .
its like the photo on the left .. is ppl enjoying life .. high on life almost ..
the one on the right is the opposite .. a sad place .. where ppl hang out who dont ride those lofty heights .. Message edited by author 2019-01-30 02:29:32. |

high and lowby instepsComment by roz: a very interesting combination of images .. the one on the left .. LOVING IT ..
the one on the right has a totally different feel .. and the more i look at it the more i have seen .. at first i didnt even notice the shadow on the wall .. i was focused in on the shadow and the arm on the ground .. then i saw the shadow on the wall .. which i think is a reflection of the shadow on the ground .. brilliant ..!!..
i think you are a stalker of shadows lol ..
great stalking .. :) |

high and lowby instepsComment by mariuca: To me the idea of the diptych is diminishing both images. I'd like to know your pov of organizing them in such a way.

high and lowby instepsComment by jomari: While there is no doubt that I like this, I also feel that each image is too marvellous, and strong in its own right, to be paired in a diptych. Maybe. I can't make up my mind.
I wish I knew where I could access some transparent stairs! |
