love the shot but the foreground seems a little unsharp...may just be the resize. 5 (The main source of light is the ambient sky. The foreground IS lit, but it clearly is not the subject.)

Ah, my home town. The way you've lit the sculpture is interesting and shows off its depth. Never realized there was a plaque in the corner. I'll have to look at what it says next time I'm there. Nicely executed. Goes to show there's always new life in an oft photographed subject.
