Black & White photos need to have especially good contrast to make them pop. Play more with the contrast.

In terms of composition the centrally placed plant in the central foreground (ivy?) spoils the balance of the scene. I'd have moved to shift it to the right. Even then the scene does lack features to hold the viewers attention. Personally I would have liked the fence to have been more dominant so that detail can be seen.

Pretty cool veins in the leaf and the colors are nice but overall the scene seems cluttered to me. Maybe if the image was focused on just one topic I may have liked it a little more, still overall not bad I give it a 6

Refraction and reflection. Very sharp where it counts. I like the blurred bg. The inclusion of the gray sky throughout the image, but especially on the mirror, makes the image a bit harsh to view. I like the natural look and the gray, nondescript sky is a problem for all landscape photographers.
