Comment by SJCarter:
Very interesting photograph. The waterfalls almost look warped and the guy is climbing at an odd angle too. Feels "twisted" (I like it).

Brilliant ideal. However, the highlights are extremely bright, and detract from the kid in the window.

This is a fantastic idea. I love your use of framing.
I'm wondering whether this shot would be enhanced by cropping out more of your background to bring out the frame more. Selective desat might have worked in your favour here as well.

This is very very creative and the only thing that holds me back if the composition. It is too.....boxy. Good luck!

Nice use of a mirror. The subject is beautifully lit, framed, and photographed. The weedy backdrop, gratefully, has been cropped right and bottom. And the darkness of the grotto makes the frame stand out well. The left side ot the photo seems too tangled and full of distracting detail to quite work. One wonders whether this photo would not work better taken in fading, cloudy or misty daylight where the shadows are very gentle. Then the lighting might have been managed to de-emphasize the tangle of weeds near the left margin. Perhaps lower light would also allow DOF manipulation more favorable to this goal.

VERY cool shot. I'm guessing that you used a mirror and the boy is off to the left? I do with the highlights weren't as blown as they are, but it's tough to take off many points from this photograph. Very well done.

Comment by Donald:
For such a nature filled composition your photo is very, well, organised by human toutch. At first I thought wow what a great frame of vegetation. Then I banged my vision against the window leading me towards the bottom right corner. Eventually the edge of the frame took me right out of the photo completely. It doesn`t help that I was looking for wood here and there. As I write these last few word I notice how the photo/mirror of the blond child fights for attention as much as the vegetation. Loved the great division of shadow between window and vegetation. Big four score screaming for more wood. Thanks for the lovely photo.
