Buzzzby deapeeComment by CNovack: Wow, look at all sharp details on that insect. I like that you caught the moment with the bee in side profile so that one can appreciate the details of it's body from head to back. The only critique I have on this photo is the crop. I think you could strengthen the composition even more if you bring us in closer to the insect and all the lovely details we see we would see even more. A closer zoom or crop to your main subject can give the viewer an up close and personal view. |

Jordanby deapeeComment by Jutilda: This is beautiful. Almost looks like a painting. What killer eyes. I like the vivid background too - you rarely see orange, and it ties in with the pale melon of her shirt. |

Stormy Weatherby deapeeComment by crayon: Hi David, I'd like to say that this photo draws me in.
There's something about those tilted trees that keeps my stare.
I like that. And oh, nice border/framing - like a postcard! |

Jordanby deapeeComment by puzzled: Very nice! The overall earth tones are gorgeous. If it's a snapshot, it's perfect. If it is a fancy portrait, I might try to do something about the two distractions of the pink toy in the foreground and the box in the right hand background. Did you do something to her eyes to give them that amber glow? The clarity and tone of the whole image is just great - and she's an adorable little girl! |
