I myself was trying to get a shot like that and I almost got one.....It would be great if you told after how many seconds did the lightning actually strike after you opened the shutter. I wish I had taken it, but my only lightning shot was grey with a greeny lightning flash, and not a patch on this one.
If you keep this up, the sky's the limit - (sorry about that)
