This could be a top 10 photo, or bottom 10. To truly rate this photo someone needs to know more, either from the title or some background as to what the event was. For example I would rate this photo low if this was a model and this is a staged photo. It would fall into the same caliber as the National Inquire, The Globe, etc. However if this was an un-staged photo, AND there was an equally powerful story, it goes from being simply a photo going for shock value, to a photo that holds some equally powerful meaning.

Really like the crop on this photograph. It gives a real sense of speed with the boat leaving the frame instead of entering.
A nice clear shot, with good clolours.
