Very nice idea. I think that it would have worked much better if you haven't sliced it, but rather just striken over it with black frames.
The bottom separator looks fine, because of the nonexistent curve at the secession point. On the top, it looks like it is a part of another pear.

Judy the noise and grain in this image works well... very appropriate indeed :) I'm not sure about the tilt. Maybe because it isn't that much so it almost loks like a mistake. BTW, did you notice that there's seems to be some sort of image created by the blinds???? Spooky :)

I'm not familiar with the draganizer effect, but I like it quite a bit. It seems like you started with a well-focused shot, and the dramatic lighting brings out the boy's features nicely. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have him looking directly at the camera, or towards the left. Somehow, his looking into the shadow is making my eyes uncomfortably jog back and forth from the shadow to his eye. But of course, that's probably just my own weird quirk. :) Nice work.
