WOW! Great shot! when it first came up on my monitor it was only showing the top about 2/3 of the shot i could not see the vase at the bottom, I actually liked it that way even better! just a thought, very cool, low key can be so dramatic and you bhave captured it wonderfully!!!

What I love about this is -- well -- first I love tulip photos, but second and most important -- I've seen so many variations of the SAME tulip photo -- all beautiful -- BUT -- THIS is unique in its lighting. In its composition -- and in the expert way you've processed it!

what a face! - the crop is really good but I think backing off on the exposure a bit so the detail on the fur is not lost would help this out.
