i love the shapes and the darkness .. i'm thinking my monitor might be a bit dark, coz i've been looking and trying to see wot ken found, but i cant .. i've tilted the monitor to make it lighter but that didnt work .. i can see the cup of course and i'm thinking also the laptop monitor sticking up .. the other shapes are very hard to identify .. which isnt a bad thing coz it makes for a very intersting abstract with suggestions of things i'm not sure about ... :)

It took me a bit to figure out what was what here. The high contrast of that cup against that very dark background draws the eye and then leads the viewer around the picture trying to identify the different elements.

Simple and elegant shot. You have reduced the image to just enough to have a positive connection to what is going on in it. I also have a big black lab that looks just about like this one.
