this is a nice wide angle shot, the mountains in the back ground are a plus, the back light is good, and so is the color, good shot,

good composition ... but the photo is taken 1,000,000 times a day by tourists!

As much as I hate jellyfish, in this photo, it is a lovely work of art. The movement and colors you chose is stunning.

If you look very closely you can see that this is in color. The dash from the closest vehicle has a hue of yellow in it from a street light... ;o)

I'd like to see more highlights in the eyes. If you have a reflector, or something you could use as one, that would probably help cut down on the glare along the nose and on the forhead, and distribute the light better. Failing a reflector, more exterior lighting instead of a flash would be beneficial as well.

Subject also seems a touch out of focus to me, but that could just be my eyes.. I *am* rather tired.

Except for those two suggestions, this is a nicely shot photo. Well cropped, and a good expression. I like to see photos of children with looks other than the usual "smiling for the camera". Also, if you have any shots of him in 3/4 profile, looking off camera, those would make good companion shots as well.

*EDIT* The shadow under the chin, which is a little distracting, could be lessened by better lighting/reflector as well :)

Great overall composition but the background could use a shallower DOF so it would be out of focus. As is, it distracts the viewer's eye.
