I appreciate your honesty, and will take heart in that perhaps it's the color-blindness that has you missing the "excitement" intended by the contrast of the bright yellows and the gloomy sky. If the yellows don't pop for you then I expect that there wouldn't be much to see here. It certainly would not have worked in black and white.

Thanks for the comments, all. I have to say, I truly thought this would have done better than an almost a dead-even 6. I only wish that the 3 and 4's would have let me in on their thoughts.

Ordinarily I would say the man's face in the foreground on the right should have been left out, but the way it fits into the scene is great. I like this a lot.
