Liked the combination of clear city outline and streaked traffic lights, think it might have been more effective from a vantage point that more of the city--the road seems to dominate a bit too much

This could have been so much better had that walkway/girder not split the inage in half. Obviously you can't avoid this but perhaps a different composition would hav reduced the effect. I think part of the problem is that the girder gives the impression of a sloping horizon. Still, a nice shot and well done for climbing up there to get the shot!
