Very humerous shot. I notice that spideys (His right) hand is out of focus slightly, it would have looked real good to have him pin sharp. There is also a lot of negative space here. Perhaps a tighter crop or crpping him slightly to one side would have changed the impact. Overall a good pic, funny, and the lighting on the subject is good.

I like the humor content here, and your composition is great. However, white balance and focus seem to be slightly off. (too much "yellow"), and there seems to have been a bit of over-sharpening to compensate for the focus.. at least, that's what I see.
