...will be a daisy chain.by C_Steve_GComment by owen: Lovely bright shot. Love your use of lighting to darken the background and bring out the flower. The DOF right through the range of the flower and the contrasty orange colour is great. |

Exclusive Spy Photo! Cheddar Cow Captured!by C_Steve_GComment by timfythetoo: Funny shot. Bringing out the greens a bit more may have made the cow pop better (not that you want a cow to pop mind you - that would be a mess). Not much else I can add to make it better oustide of completeing out the yellow on the cow. |

Exclusive Spy Photo! Cheddar Cow Captured!by C_Steve_GComment by jorr: Imaginitive photo! I like the idea but wish that you had been able to get all the little white areas yellow, I think that would have increased your score a lot. A tighter crop make have worked a little better also, maybe putting the whole cow on the thirds, or really tight crop with the eye and head in the top thirds, either way a fun photo with lots of creativity. |

Exclusive Spy Photo! Cheddar Cow Captured!by C_Steve_GComment by thomaspeople: Thirty years ago I took a picture of a cow in a field. And ever since then my entire family, especially my mother-in-law, has assumed I have a thing for them. I now have a huge collection of knick-knacks, stuffed animals, pictures, etc.
And my cow wasn't nearly this good.
Great color balance and the bored confidence of the animal rounds out the clever absurdity of being yellow. I like it a lot. you were robbed by the voters. |

Pickle Forkby C_Steve_GComment by adrian45: This works well both ways up, and shows refraction nicely. I don't see just how you got the brighness in the glass, but perhaps the flash may have been reflected by something.
Hope you do well in this challenge |

Exclusive Spy Photo! Cheddar Cow Captured!by C_Steve_GComment by JH: I've come back to this one a few times, but I really like it and think it should have at least broken a 5.0!
It's a really imaginative shot, and works very well.
The only technical suggestions I can think of are; Tighter crop around the cow. Shooting at a different time of day to get more interesting lighting/shadows on the grass. Focus. |
