I guess the fan is important for your photo, but I don't like it there. I like your idea, but maybe if you were able to see the fan blades in the shadow showing some movement.

Darn it, this is way too good looking. I'm hungry now. I wish the fingers had been in focus too but otherwise I think this is a great shot.

Good looking model, nice expression and composition... however her face and left arm are a bit blown. The choice of blue background does induce a cool sensation. Nice.
