I also love this image as much as the cloud one. but the heavy border bothers me a little.....I think it is because of the softer inside one around the image, before adding the outside border. I do love the powerful image, and the angle from which you took it.....

It has a ghostly feel to it, but also a nice softness as well.....
The clouds look as though they are moving.....

Not sure what you did to the rainbow itself, but the colors seem to be "too much" to be natural. Not sure how else to say it. It could just be an illusion and that this is exactly how it appeared, but the muted tones of the rest of the shot are pierced by the rainbow colors (which is a good thing, but I think could be better if you toned them down a hair). Nice capture though - it's tough to catch these little buggers. :-)
