Compostion and whites are nice, looks like you caught this on an overcase day. I would use a bit of saturation to really bring out the colors in the rocks. The place you shot from is artist point. Here is my shot of it.

Very pretty. Have you tried to move the text more off-center, upper right? I think it would balance nicely with the rainbow and still do justice to both the scripture and the picture.
