I really like what you did with her eyes here, they really pop out at me. :)
I would probably have had her take off the necklace and sunglasses (although the sunglasses do add to the sort of casual feel) because they distract my eyes--they keep jumping around the shot, not sure what to focus on.
the tones are great though and her skin is perfect.

Quite a bit better, yes. There is still a leading issue, as the space between lines is somewhat greater than would be considered normal. This can be adjusted in your text field in PS.

This one works much better, although I'm not very keen on the font. I think that's a very over-used font nowadays and looks a bit tacky.
