Beauty and the Beastby jrs915Comment by boomer: What IS this? I take it the black thing is some kind of bug? So that must be the beast, right? So where's Beauty? The bug or whatever it is is mostly out of focus, and the background is confusing and doesn't support the subject. |

Beauty and the Beastby jrs915Comment by bruski: That little thing freaks me out. But I rally like this image. I like the warm, soft, glow of the light. The contrast between the spiders harsh lines and the pedals smooth lines really adds to the image imo. |

Rusted Beautyby jrs915Comment by cghubbell: This is a great composition with the old rusty pipe/spring in the background and the white soft foreground. It looks like part of the subject is eithe rmoving or out of focus. If it had been sharp 100% I would have given this an 8. This is definitely a creative shot - well done! |
