I prefer the traffic shots where the cars are indistinguishable. Just the trails remain. Here your shutter speed is a bit too fast in my opinion. But thats just my taste.

This is a moment to sit back and have your monitor checked. None of your blacks are actually black, and I'm left wondering what on earth the random oval in the middle of your shot is. And while the motion blur is relatively well done (a little over the top, maybe), absolutely no other part of the shot is in focus; give us something to hang onto.

Oops... and check your crop job down in the lower right...
