The theme is good and the picture is clear, the guy in uniform and the flag - the only suggestion going forward would be to try place the person so that the flag is not growing uut of his head. A less cluttered background may also make it a more powerful picture. I realize the above suggestions may be impossible to do in some places ...but I those were the only things I could think of that could be improved.

I'm sure you are going to get this a lot, and I know it was probably the point to have the flag in the background, but it looks like it is coming right out of his head which is very bothersome. Also the background is extremely distracting... using a fill flash for under the brim of his hat probably would have helped.

The resolution here is very low. It is also OOF (out of focus). There are several very hot spots. It is also kind of small and cropped very tight.

It's quite out of focus this, and lacks a strong concept. The focal point is missing and there seems to be little attempt to achieve any focused clarity at all. This has nothing to do with the small size of the image which doesn't bother me at all.

This is a great idea, you could have done a few things to help with your picture.

Pull the camera back and zoom in to it. Unfortunately it looks a little out of focus.

Did you use a flash? The white spots in the picture are a bit distracting, maybe use another light but point it away from the water or bounce it off of a white piece of paper?

This image is a little small to make out details, and it seems out of focus. The lighting appears too harsh possibly. I can tell there is water pouring from the top of the image, but I can't make out anything else.
