    Biography: Hello. I know members should be eighteen, but I am sixteen, and a mature sixteen at that. I can handle a little nudity here and there, I won't cry or flip out. I am in the 10th grade at an alternative school for the emotionally impaired. I have been into photography since I was only seven years old and took my first 35 mm camera to the upper peninsula of Michigan. I took some amazing shots of a sunset on Drummond Island. But I digress. I hope to someday become a writer; my poetry has been published ten times already. I enjoy writing and being published, but have never been paid for it- but that's okay. Money isn't everything. I have been with my boyfriend, Nick, for a year and three months as of December 23, 2003. I like to think we're in love, but you never know. When I was eight, my mother committed suicide and left me to my father and my younger sister, Michelle, to our uncle in Idaho. The reason for her actions was the intense abuse we endured from my stepfather, and these occurences have fueled me to become a better writer if nothing else good came of it. I like to think I have come a long way. I hope what they say about my being talented with the camera is true, as I used my dad's credit card and paid him back for this membership. What I hope to get from this site is ideas on subjects of photography and some inspiration as well. Perhaps I will find a photograph that will inspire a poem that in the end becomes very famous. Maybe.
    One never knows.
