The image is fine. The exposure and contrast seems to be "right". Composition and subject very nice. |

The cafe owners obviously have problems with disappearing chairs.
If you want a chair here then you are going to have to take the lot !
The old gentleman is hanging on to his bag pretty tightly too :)

The Old Man and the Seat.by JoelHSmithComment by Kavey: A beautiful portrait though not one that makes me think about what is happening off-screen since his expression leads me to believe he is reliving memories from a less lonely time and not looking at his surroundings much at all. That may not be the case but it's what the image suggests to me. I do like the image very much. |
