silverleafby admart01Comment by mycelium: this comes across as gray, not silver. silver, aside from being more reflective, has blue in it. |

Leaf Lineby admart01Comment by Robby: First Leaf pattern that I've liked. Well composed, good DOF, good strong contrast between light-dark green. |

silverleafby admart01Comment by JunieMoon: Nice use of dof. Good detail on the underside of the leaf. Could have used more contrast to really bring out the silvery tone of the veins. |

Leaf Lineby admart01Comment by lindes: Beautiful. I'm curious... Did you photograph the whole leaf, and then crop it off, or was it partially cropped from the beginning? (I'm presuming a 2:3 (or similar) ratio camera...) |

Leaf Lineby admart01Comment by macrothing: 7 - Very nice. Good colors. Obviously you've gone for this specific crop/framing, and it 'works' in my opinion, but I still wonder whether a slightly tighter crop to the center vein, or else of course the 'whole leaf', may have given this more impact, especially for this Challenge. Possibly even just 'as is' but with a fraction more 'empty space' on the left, depending what is there, of course. |

Leaf Lineby admart01Comment by NekoNita: I have to say that I have some difficulty with the cropping choice (as I don't understand how this could be full frame...). The right part from the middle of the leaf makes that I'm not focusing on the pattern on th right what I think was the subject of your shot.
