Anthuriumby admart01Comment by Havok: Like what you've done with this photo. I usually find Anthurium's boring, but this is nicely done. |

Anthuriumby admart01Comment by e301: Tonality reminiscent of Mr Setzler - and a capture of a quality of waxiness in that leaf that wouldn't be out of place in his work either. I don't know that allowing the curl of the leaf to drift out of frame bottom left is so reminiscent though, and vertainly not a choice I would have made. Strong feeling that the composition would be more harmonious if that stem and the rest of the leaf were included, so that they didn't appearto be emerging separately into view. That said, great meeting of the challenge, and great feel and life to the photography - kind of orthodoxly classical, if you understand. A great example. |

Anthuriumby admart01Comment by sfalice: This lovely antherium is beautifully photographed and nicely framed. It is such a colorful flower, I wish you had done it in full color. Nevertheless, it gets full marks for photographic excellence. |

Anthuriumby admart01Comment by jpochard: This is wonderful. Good focus, lighting and composition. Love the tones of the shot. For this one, I think the border really finishes it off nicely. |

Anthuriumby admart01Comment by jmsetzler: beautiful work. I love the toning on this one. The composition with the diagonals also makes this strong for me. I like the warm feeling and the texture is also a very strong element here. excellent photo :) |
