I almost wish ther was a hedge blocking the foreground headstones, leaving only the rearward unblurred ones to go with he motion blur of the foreground foliage & fence.

I see what you were going for, but the effect makes me a little ill (weak stomach). Your motion object (read:tree) is maybe a bit too close and the fence almost blurred out of existance, but enough to hurt the image (my boss had the same reaction, w/o my help). (Small nit: reflection in middle of frame)
