great shot alice ... it looks like they're all either grooming or trying to catch fish .. busy busy busy .. pelicans are the best birds .. so interesting and weird looking ... there must be different varieties coz the ones i've seen locally have different eyes to ones i've seen taken by other ppl in different countries .. :) ..
