Without the green gridwork the building would be rather plain, but it seems a fair amount of trouble to go to (and extra maintenance) just for decoration. I suppose buildings have long worn extravagances that serve no function. I think I like the idea that the blue logo says Gr, but I wonder what the significance of that is. The whole colour palette of your photo is nicely harmonious.
