I like many parts of it very much.

I'm confused about why we can see all of the car under the water, but we can only see the tops of the other things.

I like this shot for sure. Natural tendency (at least for Westerner's) is to go left to right, which the dock, acting as a leading line, takes me right on out of the photo. For me, the primary part of this image is the ladder on the left. I really hate to say this because composition is artistic choice and suggesting to the photographer to consider another possibility is sometimes chafing ... did you look at a vertical (portrait) crop of the left third of this image? I think it has possibilities (crop to include 3 posts to the right of the ladder, and perhaps lose a smidge at the bottom to just come into the longest post on the left.

With all that said ... again, still like this shot. The lighting is very pleasant and your processing, or restraint thereof, is spot on.

This is a beautiful treatment of plastic. Photography is all about light, and you have turned what is probably a $19.95 set of poolside safe wine glasses into a piece of art. Well done.
