Great detail on the eye and the small man. The pose and position of the man is good but something just is just not quite right with it totally integrating into the scene. Maybe it is the lighting where the highlight & shadows fall on the eye/face don't quite match up with the cleaning man. I do like that you added a reflection of the cleaning man's arm on the white of the eye that helps with placing him there...it's just that lighting I think is the issue of making it gell 100%. Heh, this is just a suggestion - it would have been a nice little detail if the cleaning man had a bucket attached to the ladder that clearly reads "Visine" (it get's the red out is the jingle).
