I like the idea behind the shot but the ball is coming off with a yellow tint. I also would have rotated the ball a bit just to not show any of lettering. That small amount is just a bit distracting.

lol, if you were going for the low-ball votes, you have failed - there are several far more deserving.

Still, the color cast is bothersome - if you'd only converted to grayscale, and exposed just a stop more, this could have been an 8 from me.

As it stands, this is a 6, and that's for composition and the fact that the subject is darker than your background, while still ostensibly being light in color.
