I think this is a really cool portrait. It seems like there was a bit too much smoothing on the left side of the face, it would look more realistic if you smoothed everywhere or left it all with the very natural bumps of skin. Still, the balance between the face and the guitar is really neat.

The pupils of her eyes look a little off. They probably should have been darkened some to give them a none ghostly look. The overall crop and color of the photos is done well.

Nice portrait with pleasant lighting overall.
A couple of things. The letters on her shirt, though out of focus, have a glare that draws my eyes to them, stealing the focal point away for her eyes. A little more smile would have made a big difference too, as a woman's smile warms the soul.
