I would crop in tighter on the clock. Its intense yellow and black (or dark green) color makes it unique and a powerful focal point. As it is, the leftside buildings are stealing from its power. The sky seems nonexistent.

Nice subject. I like the architecture! It looks like the sky and clock area are a bit over-exposed and the photo could benefit from a bit more contrast.

Really nice picture on this wheels, interesting too. I haven't seen one of these in a very long time. The only thing that looks funny is the blue color in the shot, almost as if the wrong white balance setting was set on the camera!?! Still really nice compisition.

Not much lower tech than this. I picture the unfortunate slaves pushing one of these around in those movies and it invokes the lowest of tech, human powered. Contrasts are great here, the powdery highlights and sooty shadows of age. I feel cramped in the space here which only lends to the feel of an oppressively unperfected mode of doing things. Good job, High marks all around.

Very nice rhythm in this photo. I like how the lights reflecting kind of go on and on into infinity. The curves on the big ball look like teeth. Great, simple background, very greative lighting too. Amazing you didn't get your own reflection in there. Superb shot!

This picture was very wellcomposed to include all the elements of the mechanism. However, the color balance seems to be off in this picture. Too blue.
