Needs a rotation to the right and possibly a UV Haze filter. Pretty standard shot. A polorizing filter might help give it some pop.

Looks like the image is tilted to the left a bit and the sky shows compression artifacts. Trees are a bit blurry. If those were not present, I'd rate this picture much higher.
