I thought there might be a practical reason you hadn't, but thought that I'd share all my thoughts. I saw the alternate with the Euro, but it seemed to small in the scene to really have much of an impact, hence why I liked this one.
As for the light- it works fine here. I guess you could've boosted your whites via curves so that the snow was closer to white, but it's not a huge deal and a preference thing. As is, I think the off-white snow works well with the general feel.

Very nice idea.
The arrangement of the glasses is not terribly convincing though, and they seem to be melting one into the other. Perhaps having the stems crossing in front of the bottle or standing but tilted slightly so to touch, as in a toast, could have worked better I like the postprocessing but I would have cloned out the dark patch in the clouds, right hand side, even if it's probably a cloud.

is it or isn't it, thats your choice :)

spatula... thanks i couldnt get to the other snow and only managed to get to the snow i did with a one quick step in the water theory the other side was on the main flow and running fast and obviously didnt want a few mile hike back with wet feet in snow,

it was a dull day and the colour int he shade were flat hence the bw had the same one with a paper euro note on the rock as well,
