B&W definately gives this a classic ol' time feel of the movies of the 40's. While some may be critical that the face and lips are not in focus, I think you hit the nail on the head with what you wanted to present to your audience. The audience is not a passive member looking upon this photo. Instead you have made them an active participate. The motion blur of the lady coming close is like she is leaning in for the kiss. Nicely done.

Lots of lights. I am not too fond of the bland foreground. perhaps if it was blurred out so it wouldn't serve as a distraction. Also, it seems a little OOF. But I like the idea of the shot.
