This is really neat. I love the contrast between the moving figures and the two people standing still in the middle. I can't wait to find out what was going on here. I might have cropped a bit off the left side. The light in the upper left corner draws my eye away from the main action.

This is a nice take and quite different from many other entries...The dark fuzzy shape above the lantern on the upper left is distracting - I don't know what you had to work with but if it had been possible, I think cropping more from the left and perhaps including more of what seems to be stairs on the right would have really made my eyes focus on the torches.. good job getting the guy on the left in relatively good focus.
